The data and information upload to the SINAME Web Portal will be structured into two components:
- Threat Monitoring Dashboard, managed by the technical personnel of the Directorate for Disaster Risk Reduction Analysis.
- Daily Events Dashboard, overseen by SINAME Monitoring Room Operators.
The frequency of data upload can vary, based on demand, and can be daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on the specific product. These products will be uploaded using either an automatic update geoservice or through manual entry by the staff of the Directorate for Disaster Risk Reduction Analysis. The methods used for data updating will be dynamic, validated, and continuous.
If new sources of information, in the appropriate formats, are created or become known from official agencies and are related to threat monitoring, they can be incorporated into the portal.
Executive reports are distributed within the Subsecretariat of Risk Management and Civil Protection. Complete reports are distributed within the Subsecretariat of Risk Management and Civil Protection and to the authorities responsible for Risk Management and Civil Protection/Defense in the 24 jurisdictions of the country (The Argentine Republic is a federal state composed of 23 provinces and an Autonomous City).
